COMPOTA DE MELÃO, LIMÃO E CANELA
Ingredientes
1 melão grande ou 2 pequenos (somente a polpa)
2 limões
2 canelas em pau
Açucar
Modo de Preparo
Corte a polpa do melão em pedaços pequenos.
Rale as cascas dos limões e esprema seu suco.
Pese a polpa do melão com as raspas e o suco dos limões. Para cada quilo de frutas utilize 750g de açucar. Coloque tudo em uma panela.
Cozinhe até alcançar o ponto de marmelada.
Retire do fogo e guarde em frascos de 500g, previamente esterilizados. Tampe e esterilize por 25 minutos, conforme já instruído.
VALIDADE: 3 meses.
Uma vez aberto, manter na geladeira e consumir em até 7 dias.
